This Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for paid Vorika services.
The Service is provided by:
Vorika LLC (შპს ვორიკა)
Company identification number: 404828576
Registered address: 19 Erekle Tatishvili Street, Entrance 2, Basement Level, Mtatsminda District, Tbilisi, Georgia
Email: support@vorika.app
1. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a Vorika subscription at any time before the next renewal.
After cancellation, automatic renewal stops. Unless applicable law or the terms of a specific offer provide otherwise, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Cancellation does not automatically mean that a payment already made will be refunded.
If you subscribed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, you must normally cancel the subscription through that platform.
2. Trials
If Vorika offers a free or discounted trial that automatically converts into a paid subscription, we will show the trial conditions, renewal terms, and future subscription price before you subscribe.
To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends in accordance with the conditions shown when you start the trial.
3. EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.
For a contract for services, the 14-day period generally begins when the contract is concluded.
If you ask us to begin providing a service during the withdrawal period, you may be required, where permitted by law, to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before you notified us of your withdrawal.
Different rules may apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Where applicable law allows the right of withdrawal to be lost after supply begins, we will treat that right as lost only if all statutory requirements have been met, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement.
Nothing in this Policy limits a statutory right of withdrawal or another consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
For a purchase made directly from Vorika, email support@vorika.app and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
You may include:
- the email address connected to your Vorika account;
- the date and amount of the payment;
- the payment or transaction identifier, if available.
You do not have to give a reason when exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
Where a refund is due under EU consumer law, it will be made without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Unless you expressly agree otherwise and the law permits it, refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction and without a refund fee charged by Vorika.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. Faulty or non-conforming digital service
EU consumers may have additional statutory remedies where Vorika is not supplied, does not work as agreed, or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to:
- have the Service brought into conformity within a reasonable time and without charge;
- receive a proportionate reduction in price;
- terminate the contract;
- receive a refund where required by law.
Where EU law requires a refund following termination or a price reduction for a non-conforming digital service, the refund will be made within the time limit required by applicable law.
These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.
6. Other refund requests
Outside cases where a refund is required by law, Vorika may consider a refund request where, for example:
- you were charged twice for the same purchase;
- you did not receive paid access because of a confirmed technical error on Vorika’s side;
- the amount charged was different from the amount shown at checkout;
- another circumstance gives you a right to a refund under applicable law.
These requests are reviewed individually.
Simply stopping use of Vorika, forgetting to cancel a subscription, or changing your mind after any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired does not by itself guarantee a refund.
7. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases
If a payment was made through Apple App Store, refund requests are generally handled through Apple’s refund process and are subject to Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law.
If a payment was made through Google Play, the refund may be handled by Google Play or by the developer, depending on the purchase, the time since payment, the user’s country, and Google Play’s applicable rules.
Cancelling a subscription through App Store or Google Play stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an amount already charged.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Unrecognised or unauthorised charges
If you do not recognise a Vorika charge, first check your purchase and subscription history in the relevant app store or payment service.
If the payment was made directly to Vorika and you believe it was unauthorised or incorrect, contact support@vorika.app. We will review the transaction information available to us.
Where appropriate, you should also contact the bank or payment provider that processed the payment.
